Who is DSAI?
DSAI promotes street art for the public good!
The goal of DSAI is to work collaboratively with regional businesses, government, and prominent individuals to bring dynamic visual arts to the community of Duluth and beyond. DSAI seeks to accomplish this through initiating and maintaining an annual street art festival.

What is Art in the Alley?
Art in the Alley pt.1, installed 2021, is the beginning of an effort to transform the mostly neglected alleys of Downtown Duluth. By beautifying the space and bringing joy and color, the mission was achieved in notable ways marking the beginning of an era.
What did MANA Bear do?
At the time, MANA was in the area volunteering to assist with the Chief Buffalo mural in Canal Park. MANA offered to volunteer for both projects, and helped push pigment, clean supplies, apply designs and direct other volunteers to make for a smooth installation. This began the journey of MANA working with DSAI for years to come.
