Shipping

We ship third party through https://www.shippo.com using USPS first class, priority or expedited services for domestic and international shipments. 

All artworks are shipped from the studio of MANA.

Turn Around Time

​

MANA will disclose the projected TAT in the contract with the client.  With varying mediums and environmental fluctuations, custom artworks can take between 2-12 weeks to complete.  MANA reserves the right to reasonably adjust the TAT.  MANA will notify the client with a new TAT in the event that a TAT is rescheduled.

Damaged Original Artwork

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.

Damaged Prints

​

If you notice damage upon unpacking, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the print with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the edition.  In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange an in-store credit upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).
